Refund & Return Policy

If your package is taking longer than expected but you still need it, please get in touch with our support team. Do not request a refund on your own, as refunds are only arranged by us. Once you contact our team, we will process it within 5 to 7 working days.

Purchases from Stores

If you bought one of our products from a retail shop, the return must be made directly to that shop under their return rules. We are only able to accept returns for items ordered from our official website, Nitro Wood Magnum, or by phone, and only when the following conditions are met:

  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and packed in the box or packaging they arrived in, with all tags and labels still attached.
  • Refunds may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your credit card.
  • The original packing slip must be included for your return to be processed.
  • We are unable to track return shipments on your behalf, so please use your courier’s tracking service for updates.

How to Return an Item

  1. Place the item you wish to return back in its original box if possible.
  2. Put the original packing slip inside the box so our team can process your request quickly.
  3. Write the word “RETURN” at the top of the slip and mark the items you are sending back.

Please note that we cannot take responsibility for return parcels that are lost or stolen in transit. Once your return is received and checked, your refund will be sent to the same card used for the purchase.
